Install Key Manager on Kubernetes

AIStor Key Manager supports installation onto Upstream Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift infrastructures. The Upstream instructions work for any Kubernetes flavor that maintains a strict implementation of the native Kubernetes API and behaviors.
